The OPDBA is an organization of pet breeders with common concerns. The main focus areas of OPDBA are education, legislation, speakers, Annual Seminar, networking with other breeders and organizations, breeders improving their kennels and breeding programs as well as improving the image of professional pet breeders to the public.
